My husband & I were not easy to please. We both had ideas of what we were looking for in the way of wedding bands. Prior to visiting Craig's we had been to both chain stores at the mall and upscale stores. We didn't find the quality of service that we got at Craig's anywhere else. Our sales associate sat down with us, and when we didn't see anything that we loved on display, she pulled out style books and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We only began looking for bands about 6-8 weeks before our ceremony, but she was able to get us exactly what we wanted - even though it had to be custom made and engraved - in time for our big day. We were extremely satisfied!
