I love M&V Limo, staff was very courteous and professional. Timing was perfect! Excellent service

I was very unhappy with M & V the day of my wedding! We used them formy bachelorette party and they were great they showed up a half hr early and we had a great driver. On my wedding day they arrived late in a bus that had no air conditioning!!! I was sweating like crazy! Because they were late the driver was then running red lights to get me to the church on time. The driver was very appologetic and preofessional and was dressed nicely but the bus sucked! Also they said they would give us champagne and it was a 35 passenger bus and they gave 1 bottle of champagne! Unfortunately not every one could have some. Bad service I would not use them again!

I don't know where to start this company is horrible . They showed up a half hour late for my bachelorette party with a bus that was filthy. When we got on the bus it was not stocked with any liqour or ice as promised . When we opened the ice bins they were full of dirty water and there were three cans of soda... Then the driver got lost in the city on our way to Atlantic city it took 5 1/2 hours to get there. He also crashed into the toll booth. So the next day i called and spoke to a guy named Jay he assured me he would sort it out as i had booked them for my wedding the following week. Well he didn't and when i called back and spoke to the manager he knew nothing about it . But assured us the next week everything would be stocked and clean. And said he would throw in a town car to pick us up after .. But in the package i was supposed to get that anyway so when i told him that he said he would throw in two. Well again he didn't he sent one . The one he sent picked up random guests from the wedding and took off . When i called and asked him where he was he said he already picked up and was on his way to the hotel. You would think that when he is sent to pick up the bride and groom he would look for the girl in the white dress right !!!! So me and my husband had to hail a cab on queens boulevard real classy... Save your self the headache and don't even consider this company !!!!!

M&V Limousine provided us with our transportation for our wedding. The price couldn't be beat! We had the Packard and 2 Cadillac limos that were brand new. We had a slight problem on our wedding day with one of the limo's and the Packard was late, but we were refunded our money without a fight. Highly recommended!
