Starlight Limousine

We booked the Rolls Royce and strech Escalade. I had a couple of changes back and forth with time (on my end) and they were completely accommodating each time I had a change. Mark drove my parents and I in the Rolls to the church and was so incredibly sweet. He helped us all out and then stayed and held my dress and veil in the church entrance until the ceremony started (we were waiting for at least 20 minutes.) My friends loved the Escalade! It was so nice to have such nice people that are willing to go above and beyond for you.

DON'T BOOK WITH THEM We will be filing with the Better Business Bureau! The pros: The limos arrived earlier than their booked time. THE CONS: 1) Impossible Customer Service, and based off of other reviews, I believe the only reason why they were there on time is because of my MULTIPLE phonecall games/emails/faxes that I sent in the weeks leading up to my wedding. 2) Nuo (limo driver) charged us more money than what was in the contract. He ignored the contract copy that we gave him, and said, "This limo will not LEAVE this spot until I get what I want." He was RUDE and BELLIGERENT. VERY unprofessional, especially when surrounded by professional vendors on a wedding day. 3) THE LIMO DRIVERS did not have the ADDRESSES of any of our locations!!!! 4) THE LIMO DRIVERS did not have GPS units! WE HAD TO GIVE HIM DIRECTIONS! The last two points are particularly irksome. How can a company that charges it's clients this much money NOT give their drivers the paperwork that WE filled out with our location/times? And then, NOT give them GPS units?? Plus, the drivers were not familiar with the location. We -the bride and groom, and the parents- had to yell directions out through the partition. VERY unprofessional. Reader, DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE with their LOW PRICES or 20% GOOGLE DISCOUNT. Go for somebody that costs a bit more... but might actually have GPS units in their vehicles. Your peace of mind on that day is worth every penny.

The drivers were above and beyond professional, on time, and courteous. The one gentlemen was even nice enough to help me with my dress before I went in the church =)

We booked with Starlight because we needed a bus for our bridal party and their dates. The bus was very nice, with an iPod hookup and plenty of room. We had a lot of fun on the bus. The driver was extremely nice and helpful and just seemed like a real nice person. The 2 negatives were: 1. The GPS sent us to the wrong place. I'm not sure if there were 2 addresses that were similar, but for some reason it sent us to the wrong place. We had to turn around on the way to the church and were a little late. 2. After we took our portraits, we went to the reception hall. We had to take back roads due to highway restrictions. We seemed to be moving very fast and people started getting a little sick. We got there fine, but it was a little bit of an adventure. All in all, Starlight was a good vendor and I would consider using them again for transportation needs.

I used Starlight for my wedding. We had a pretty large wedding party and we decided to go with the party bus. The bus was clean and big enough for my wedding party of 22 with plenty of room to spare. The party bus driver picked me up at my house before the ceremony and treated myself and each of my bridesmaids like princesses. Our driver fluffed our dresses, told us when to go during the processional, and took care of our every detail needed. He did everything with a smile! Our groomsmen used the Lincoln stretch to get to the ceremony and then that limo took back our grandparents, parents, and special honored guests. They were completely happy with the service as well. During my planning I had checked many limo companies in the NY/NJ area. Starlight by far had the best prices and were able to work with our needs. We have already booked a limo with them to take us to and from the airport for our honeymoon and look forward to using the company again in the future.

Starlight was PERFECT for my daughters wedding!!! Their staff helped us plan everything out, we got the cars we needed and they were so kind and understanding! As nervous as I was, being given the responsibility of planning all of my little girls wedding, Starlight made my job that much easier. Planned the entire service, from the lead car (we got the Packard and WOW!) to the van shuttles to get all of our guests home safely. May not be the cheapest but they are more than competitive even though their service is beyond compare! Bob was the driver for our Packard and he was without a doubt a perfect 10! Helped the photographer with the girls and guys and even suggested a picture location that my daughter said made all of her pictures that much better. I hope you see this STARLIGHT, thank you soo much and I will forever be in your debt- You made my one and only daughters wedding that much closer to perfect!
