The Clubhouse at Patriot Hills - Inn Credible Caterers

Patriot Hills was a God-send: their price was right (and more than reasonable for the package and the region!). Gina and her staff were incredibly kind, responsive and accommodating -- she responded to every single one of my zany emails and phone calls, and even let us store 10 obnoxious boxes of supplies in her office for the 3-4 days prior to our reception. They run exceptional promotions throughout the year, so check in with them often to see what amazing package you can receive for your wedding. AND, they are flexible with budgeting, so be sure to talk with them about what your needs & limitations are. (For example, we guaranteed a high number of guests and asked that the open-bar be closed 1-hr early, and they offered us financial accommodations as a result.) Gina, Mary, Yolanda and everyone else at PHGC set up our tables exactly as we asked, and they accommodated our team of decorators (close friends) who needed to get in earlier in the afternoon to set up our centerpieces. They coordinated well with our vendors, and treated our family so nicely. The cocktail hour food was fantastic and plentiful. There were some questions about whether the liquor served at the bar was actually top-shelf (my husband and I couldn't know for sure -- we were too busy stuffing our faces in our large and private lounge, which is big enough to accommodate your entire bridal party and family, and even the friends who would crash "just to say hi"), but every season, the bartending staff offers 'signature drinks' as well as whatever is normally offered at the bar. Dinner service went smoothly, and Mary and Yolanda were there until the bitter end with us! We were able to visit, check and double-check and get second, third and fourth looks at the venue-space whenever we asked. No staff has ever been so flexible and kind to us. We would recommend PHGC to any couple getting married (and in fact, I already contacted them again to see if I could use the space for my parents' anniversary lunch!).

Trish and Gina should teach a course in how the bride and groom should be treated. From the initial site visit to wedding day, everything went perfectly. I started my planning process later than most so there was a lot to do in a short period of time. I booked one of the "leftover" dates, but the service was first class. If I had a question either via email or telephone, there would be a response within 24 hours. I never had an issue scheduling a meeting on-site. On the day of the wedding, maitre d' Yolanda was right there to greet me when I arrived. She put me at ease and knew exactly how the day was suppose to proceed - keep in mind I never met her until my wedding day! Both her and Gina checked in with me throughout the event. My day was absolutely PERFECT! My guests raved about the food and had only great things to say about the service of the staff. If you're searching for venues, you have to check this place out.

The Clubhouse at Patriot Hills-Inn Credible Caterers were amazing! The space is simple and elegant, and we took beautiful photos on the grounds. The service is top notch and they catered to our every wish! The staff made the planning process such a pleasure, and they were so attentive to our every need during our reception.The food is out of this world, ALL of our guests were so impressed and we have gotten so many compliments. We had the best night of our lives and are so happy we chose Patriot Hills for our reception!

The Clubhouse at Patriot hills was a wonderful place to have my wedding. The staff there is so attentive to every detail and they make sure that the bride and groom and their family and friends have a stress free day. I was so stressed the day of my wedding because of rain and people not getting there on time, but as soon as I entered the hall, Gina and the matre di made me feel at home and took care of everything. The place looked GORGEOUS and I had nothing to worry about. I had an amazing time at my wedding all because of the staff there. They are very organized and are very flexible with every detail. Our July 30 wedding at Patriot Hills was perfect. It exceeded our expectations! Upon meeting with Frank and Gina, we knew this was our ceremony and reception site! They were both so nice and accommodating. They helped us stay within our budget and were very flexible with package options. After signing a contract, all communication was with Gina, who is very sweet. We appreciated her flexibility, candor, and prompt replies to phone calls and emails. The day of the wedding was amazing. Everything was set up just as discussed, and looked beautiful. Mary, our maitre'd was great. She was so accommodating and did everything in her power to make sure the day ran smoothly and everyone was happy. Everytime we put our drinks down she was right there with another one. She even reminded us to take some time for ourselves and to eat. We really appreciated that, otherwise we may not have eaten, and it would have been a shame to miss out on the food. The food was amazing and all of our guests and made a point to tell us that.

I got married two weeks ago at the Clubhouse at Patriot Hills and it was all I could have wanted and more! The service was incredible, from the wedding planner Gina to the maitre'd Mary, to all the wonderful staff who helped set up and serve our guests. The food was absolutely AMAZING! There is absolutely nothing I would want to change about my wedding venue. It was perfect! Patriot Hills is beautiful and was also conveniently local to us and our guests. Words cannot describe how happy we were with Patriot Hills. We decided to check out Patriot Hills after going to a wedding catered by Inncredible Caterers. We loved the food and heard that Patriot Hills could be a good option for us. Literally as soon as we walked in the door, we were in love with the place. The decor was exactly what we were looking for, there was plenty of size, and the grounds were beautiful. The place was so perfect we were sure that it would be out of our price range. As it turned out, the prices were lower than anywhere else we went to. There were plenty of all-inclusive packages that made planning everything a breeze. Gina was extremely helpful and responsive during the whole process. On the big day, everything went exactly according to plan. The room was done the exact way we wanted it, people LOVED the food, the service was fantastic, and everything we setup was waiting for us perfectly. Mary, our Maitre'd was the best. She was always two steps ahead of everything, helping us out and getting everything we needed. We recommend Patriot Hills to anyone thinking about planning a wedding in the Hudson Valley area. We can't say enough great things about it, and are going back for our 1 year anniversary.

My wedding at the Clubhouse at Patriot Hills was amazing. It exceeded my highest expectations in every way. The staff was supportive throughout the entire planning process (12 months). They were responsive, helpful and really took the time to get to know me and my taste/style. As a result, when the day arrived, they had lots of little touches that just really added to it (for example, I was extremely into the "fall" theme and they added dried leaves on the bars). The food was unbelievable. People have not stopped raving about how delicious things were starting at the cocktail hour and going straight through to the wedding cake. The staff really worked with me on the menu and were willing to deviate from their standard style to help me create an array of foods that really reflected my fiance and my tastes and favorites. Despite the fact that another event ended a mere 30 minutes before we arrived, they already had the entire venue spotless and set up and ready to go. The placecards were laid out, the bridal suite was clean and everything was in perfect order. I honestly cannot say one negative thing about my wedding. It was perfect in every way and a huge reason it was, is because of Patriot Hills. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone looking for a great location to celebrate their special occasions. I am so grateful I found it. There aren't enough positive words to say about Patriot Hills. The staff, the facility itself, the food- it's all A++.

The place was perfect for us. Every detail we discussed prior to our affair was executed perfectly and tastefully. The food was delicious, our time line was kept and they really helped make us feel as if we were their only client.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! I would highly recommend this place! From day one Trish and Gina came from a place of yes. Whatever we hoped to do not only were they OK with it they were willing to help. They even offered to set-up our centerpieces! A lot of places you might find extra hidden charges like cake-cutting or corking fees. At Patriot Hills there was none of that, plus they were the least expensive hall we looked at; however, they gave you so much more for your money! The guests raved about the food and from what I got a chance to taste during all the wedding craziness it was absolutely delicious. Don't think twice about choosing Patriot Hills, we don't regret it one bit :)

We held both our ceremony and reception there. Gina was truly fantastic to work with and everything ran smoothly. The food was terrific and all our guests kept commenting on the high quality service and meal. They also loved the view and the ballroom with all the large sunny windows. It was truly the perfect place for our event and we're so happy that we chose it.

our millenium wedding package was incredible. the food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and they made everything very easy for us. they were very accomodating in terms of menu selection. the only thing i wasn't too happy about was the placement of food stations in the large reception room. but all-in-all, a very memorable evening for us, filled with great food, good laughs and good times.
