The Fountainhead

The Fountainhead is beyond exceptional. Michael was just wonderful to work with, our wedding was absolutely flawless. The food was incredible, cocktail hour was amazing, the venetian hour was fabulous, everything was just perfect. They are extremely affordable and they went above and beyond for us. I can't thank them enough for everything they did to make our day wonderful. Thank you Fountainhead!

My wedding was a month ago and my family and friends are still talking about it. Everything was perfect! The food , the service , the staff were all amazing.

We cannot possibly say enough about The Fountainhead. From the moment we arrived, they were professional, thorough and truly cared about our wedding. They accommodated everything we needed from last-minute indoor family pictures, to all dietary needs of our guests. Andy and Charles went above and beyond even providing a “sugar-free” table of desserts at our Viennese Hour for diabetic guests. Trisha, our attendant was FANTASTIC. She anticipated anything and everything we could have needed and went so far as to sew my dress when it tore during the reception. The food is phenomenal and the pricing was very reasonable. Many people in our area go to the “waterfront venues” for the views…save your money, once it gets dark you can’t see the water. The Fountainhead provides exceptional service. We loved having our event at the Fountainhead and would not have wanted it anywhere else!!

My wife and I fell in love with the Fountainhead. It is a beautiful venue and the staff really helped to make our day perfect. We truly felt special and even more excited about our wedding because of the care and attention we received. After our first visit we knew we found the right place. The staff was patient, generous, and genuinely cared about our concerns every step of the way. They did an excellent job of making sure everything went smoothly for us once we arrived on our big day. The food was excellent and the care we received is second to none. We would like thank the staff at the Fountainhead for everything, our day was truly magical.

I had my wedding reception at the Fountainhead during the summer of 2011 and I have absolutely no regrets about doing so. The Fountainhead did an amazing job with regard to all aspects of my special day. From the preliminary planning, the tasting and menu choices, to the execution of the wedding day itself, I was met with experience, competence, patience, and warmth from everyone with whom I interacted. The management and staff are complete professionals and the food and service were outstanding. My multi-national guests were wowed and they are still talking about how beautiful the reception was! Needless to say, my wedding exceeded all my expectations (which is not an easy task). I grew up in Westchester, NY and after going to numerous weddings at other local venues, I can honestly say that the Fountainhead was the most impressive. In addition, the pricing was more “wallet friendly” than some other places with scenic views. Don’t let the lack of grounds dissuade you from investigating this location—if you want great food, great service, and an outstanding party, the Fountainhead is the place to book.

My wedding was on the July 2nd of 2011 and my husband and I couldn't have picked a better venue. We worked with Andy throughout the planning process. He was great. We were planning the wedding from out of state which made it difficult but Andy always made sure to accommodate us however he could. The reception was perfect; from the elaborate cocktail hour to the delicious entrees. The service was incredible. It's been a few weeks since the wedding and still family and friends can't stop talking about how beautiful The Fountainhead is and how great the service and food is. We loved it and would pick the Fountainhead if we had to do it all over again!

No cocktail hour can even be compared to the feast Fountainhead provides! Not only are you given SO MANY choices, every single bite of food is amazing. The main focus at Fountainhead (besides you) is the FOOD. You will not be served the typical wedding food - everything is to die for. The staff is wonderful, you and your guests will truly feel like royalty for the day! They make everything so easy, you have absolutly NOTHING to worry about. They will for sure exceed your expectations! Highly reccomend them! The one thing that concerned me was the size of the venue as a whole and that both rooms were on the same floor as each other. It is not something to deter you - i did not see one person from the other wedding, and neither did my guests. The make sure the show is about YOU! Wouldnt have changed a thing!

We can not say enough about The Fountainhead and our wedding day experience. Michael was so incredible to work with from the start. We went to multiple venues in Westchester and felt so comfortable as soon as we met with Michael. The cocktail hour room speaks for itself – rain or shine it is stunning – and people can sit down while they eat. He worked with us on EVERYTHING – from the cocktail hour, to getting personalized napkins on the bar, to picking the wine and lighting (pin lights on the center pieces go a long way and made the room) and finally the menu & dessert (he also always called back and met with us whenever we had a question)! We had a tasting and Michael knew we would not have a single complaint and he was right. We also had a gorgeous cake made at the Fountainhead! The actual room is beautiful, with a huge dance floor and the oval tables which are a nice change and everyone can talk to each other. We listened to Michael on the flow of the evening as well and we didn’t have to think once on the actually wedding day (he has been doing this for over 30 years!). Peter & Michael were at the venue to run the event on our wedding day which made us feel very comfortable. I also had a bridal attendant who was incredible and was with me (yet I didn’t feel like she was all over me), the entire day. The staff was impeccable and so attentive. My husband and I attempted to go to one of the bars to get a drink and before we knew it Peter was at our side making sure we had everything we needed. The venue is something that sets the tone for the entire wedding day. I would recommend The Fountainhead to anyone! My parents were so happy they even went back the next day to say thank you to Michael in person. Four months later we are still being told it was the most incredible cocktail hour and memorable day for our family and friends. ~ Melissa & Kirk

The Fountainhead was a great choice to host our wedding! We looked at over 10 places and kept comparing all of them to the Fountainhead. Service was beyond amazing. Food was fresh and abundant, and our guests (as well as us) were treated like royalty. Andy was the rep that we worked with and he made sure all of our dreams came true. He went above and beyond to make our day memorable. I would definitely recommend this venue to all brides in the area.

We had been a guess at The Fountainhead and for that reason we chose them as the venue for our wedding. In review of both experiences, we must say that they were without equal. First, Andy, the Banquet Manager, was a great resource working through the process of structuring our ceremony and reception. He made us feel very comfortable building the foundations for our wedding day. We would highly recommend taking advantage of their tasting day. Sampling the various options made selection easier. Second, the staff there are all very professional. There was one server per table. Our guess could not have been more pleased by their service. We have to single out Patricia, the bride’s personal assistant, for a special thanks you for her guiding hand throughout the day. Our guess were made to feel special from the time they entered the building until the time they left. The chapel and ball room was presented in an exquisite manner. No detail was overlooked. We finished our special day with the highest appreciation for the Fountainhead.

Michael and the staff at the Fountainhead were AMAZING! They were professional yet personable and went above and beyond to make my wedding the 2010 NewYear's Eve bash! I still have friends and family raving about the food and venue. Even when our shuttle to the hotel at the end of the night didnt show up, Michael stayed until after 2:30 am to make sure our guests and the bride and groom got back to the hotel. You cant get the prices and service of the Fountainhead at any other place. Everything was PERFECT!

My wedding was 10/ 09/10. Micheal was the person who handled everything for me. I can not thank him enough. He was on point from day one. People cannot stop raving about my wedding at the fountainhead. Micheal made it all possible. Thank you Micheal. PS watch your belonging. By the end of the night I was missing a bracelet that I left in the bridal suite. Only persons in the room were me and the staff. Go figure.

Words cannot describe how incredibly comfortable Pete, Michael, and the rest of the staff made you feel. The food was amazing and everyone at the reception stated that the food served was the best they ever had. Pete was a pleasure to deal with and by the end of the night you felt as if he was part of your family. Michael and the staff were extremely professional and catered to everyone. Pete went out of his way to make the reception perfect so much that it was moving. Thank you to everyone at the fountainhead for making our special day a truly memorable and perfect day. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The fountainhead did an amazing job. Andy and Peter were very attentive throughout the planning process and put me and my family at ease! The day of my wedding, we felt like royalty. Michele was a wonderful bridal attendant and both Andy and Peter were on hand at all times. The service was outstanding and everyone is still talking about the food! It was absolutely delicious, and they did an amazing job with presentation, service, etc. I highly recommend the fountainhead. We were in the large room which was beautiful and the cocktail room with the atrium was very impressive....It was magical. Thank you to everyone there for all that they did to make our night truly special.

Everyone always remembers the food... that is what everyone tells you before a wedding. Even our most difficult to please guests were blown away by the food of the Fountainhead. So were we, but what makes the Fountainhead so special was the service they give you from your first phone call inquiry until the end of the wedding. Michael was great with us from the beginning. He was very accommodating and on the day of the reception, when we arrived late and were stressed, he shepherded us away into a private room, forced us to eat some amazing cocktail hour food, and then gave us an incredible party. He and his staff had been entertaining our guests for some time and no one in the party realized how late we were. Peter, our maitre'D, and Michelle, who waited on my wife, were excellent. They were on the ball and approached us when every course was being served, asked us if we wanted to return to our seats to eat or to pack the food. Their attention to detail was amazing. Peter knew what I needed to do before I knew I needed to do it and Michelle made my wife feel comfortable wearing a huge dress, train, etc. At the end of the night, when everyone left and we were not quite sure what was going on, they stayed with us, brought tons of food and cake to our car, and helped us in every possible way. The Fountainhead was an absolute joy for us and our guests and we look forward to attending events there in the future!!

Andy did a great job making sure our wedding was perfect, and it was. WOuld recommend to anyone. They went above and beond to ensure that everything went smooth. I was able to enjoy my wedding. Food was outstanding, as was the service!

BEST WEDDING EVER! Our wedding was more spectacular than we could have ever imagined! From the omment we met with Michael, he made sure to meet all of our expectations to ensure it was the wedding of our dreams. The food, service and atmosphere were amazing. People are still talking about the food!!!!!

The Fountainhead was the perfect place to have our wedding. Not only was it affordable compared to the other places in New Rochelle, they had the highest quality in professionalism. The managers were both available the day of our wedding and helped us out throughout the night. They were extremely personable and knew exactly what we wanted just by asking us a series of questions. To top it all off, the food was out of this world, which is most important.

Food was delicious, staff was amazing, and the were overly accomodating to not only US but our vendors. Everything was seemless!

The staff at Fountainhead was amazing. Mike our Maitre d' and the bridal attendants knew my needs before I did. The venue is absolutely beautiful. The food is plentiful and wonderful!
