THE VIEWS CATERING at Mount Fuji

We had our wedding on October 2nd 2011. It was a beautiful day. Bruce and the staff were AMAZING!! They helped us with EVERYTHING from start to finish. His communication was wonderful. He made everyone feel comfortable with being at the location. He & the Staff went out of their way to ensure my husband and I took time to eat the food, enjoy the festivities and also enjoy our cake. With some many people pulling you in so many directions Bruce really made sure we could enjoy the food as well. Everyone raved about the different food options. It really helped to satisfy every taste bud. The room looked beautiful. The tables were set so beautiful and they even let us come in the night before to set up our room. It looked amazing. Bruce was such a lovely pleasure to work with and the Staff was amazing as well. Many of our guests are already planning a return visit to eat at Mt Fuji. We highly recommend this location, food and Staff. It was perfect and Amazing ! The wedding of our Dreams !!! Thank you again! We will be back soon.... Megan & Martin Fernandez

Our organization recently held our annual Gala Dinner and Performance at the The Views. As this dinner is our main fundraiser for the year, it was very important to find a venue which was classy and has excellent food and service. The Views at Mt. Fuji was all of those things and more. People are still talking about the quality of food that was served and how the venue was just perfect. Booking the event and choosing the menu was thorough but easy with the help of the very knowledgeable staff. We plan on having our dinner there every year and have no problem reccommending them to anyone and everyone!

We asked the impossible of The Views at Mt Fuji - make a wedding happen for over 150 guests in only three weeks, and they came through with flying colors.We initially assumed that we'd need to keep the wedding small since we had so little time, but Bruce's "we can do it" attitude convinced us we could have the wedding we really wanted.Bruce was extremely helpful and flexible with all our requests, and recommended some excellent outside vendors.When the big day came, everything was perfect. There were no major blunders (our biggest fear), the food was delicious, and everyone had a great time. Our families are still shocked that we were able to pull off a wedding is so little time, and we owe it all to Bruce and his staff.

The food was fantastic, the venue setup was gorgeous, and the Maitre D' was wonderful. The staff made sure we were able to eat all of our food hot and even threw in icecream and brought desserts from the buffet to our table! The only thing I did not like is that we could not get into the building until noon to begin getting ready and, with rain in the forecast, only the outdoor ceremony site (which was breathtaking) was setup. When it started to pour, we were forced to conclude the ceremony in the reception room.

Bruce at The Views at Mt. Fuji was great. He handled everything and took care of the details for our wedding. He tended to each and every table at the reception and made sure that my husband and I enjoyed our night with no complaints from any of our guests. Our ceremony began a little late so the rest of the wedding felt a little rushed. The staff was wonderful as was the food. I definitely recommend going to the Sunday Brunch and trying the food if The Views is even a consideration for your occasion. My dad is a picky eater and he loved everything at the brunch and the wedding which is unheard of! At the end of the night, the staff cleaned up and organized all of our things, which was great. However, our wedding cake top was a disaster when we opened the box at home. It was put in a box for another cake and it did not really fit, so all of the icing came off on the box top. I have to say in all fairness, I do not know if that was the bakery's fault or The Views, but my husband and I were a little unhappy. We had a wonderful wedding and I would recommend The Views to anyone who asked.

My husband and I were trying to plan a wedding on two month's notice with a somewhat tight budget. I never thought we'd be able to pull it off! Mt Fuji has always been my favorite restaurant, so I thought I'd look into The Views at Mt Fuji for our wedding, though I was pretty sure we couldn't afford it and they'd already be fully booked in June (afterall, I started planning in April!) Well, I was wrong! I met with their event coordinator, Bruce, who was a sweetheart and extremely helpful. Not only was he able to give us the date that we wanted, but he worked with us to make sure we had everything we wanted...and we stayed within our budget (amazingly!) The banquet room is beautiful and has STUNNING views of the mountains. The food was delicious and Bruce and the banquet staff were very attentive, regularly asking me if things were going well and if I needed anything. We also had our wedding ceremony (outside) at The Views, and with their beautiful gazebo and the mountain views, our pictures are gorgeous! I have already recommended The Views to a few friends who are engaged. We're going back there on our anniversary soon!

The Views at Mt Fuji was the absolutely perfect place for our wedding.The venue is GORGEOUS and we were lucky enough to have good weather to use the outdoor ceremony site with beautiful views.Bruce and his staff were AMAZING all day and very attentive (my champagne glass was never empty) Bruce was great throughout our entire planning process and catered to all of our needs (black table linens, no flowers, moving the location of the top table) the food was DELICIOUS and the chefs made sure to meet all of my dietary requirements.Looking forward to getting to eat again there every anniversary :)

Dear Bruce,Without you and your dedicated staff, my husband and I could not have the perfect wedding. All my guests and family members have been continuously praising the delicious food and attentiveness and professionalism of your staff. Even with your foot and back pain, you still showed up at our weeding with a cheerful smile and high spirit!. Not a single detail was missed. All our guests went home happy and with their stomach full. Our wedding was truly happiest day of our life!I still distinctly remember that right after our first meeting, my husband decided not to look further. “Bruce is the man! He is courteous, professional and very personable.” he said. We were greatly impressed by your almost four hour long presentation explaining the process involved. The service was very good the day if the wedding. Overall, turned out to be a perfect day!

The views was the perfect place for us to get married, after all we were engaged there too. Bruce was an absolute pleasure to work with. from the first time we met with him he assured me that I wouldnt have to worry about anything on the big day, and when it came I didnt have too! The staff on the day of the wedding was wonderful. The food was absolutely fantastic! Even though everything was delicous, our favorite was the mashed potato bar!

Bruce (the catering manager) was great to deal with from day one. From showing us arround to making a custom menu and of course the service. We had our own waiter in the private bridal sweets (two of them!), as well as, durring the rest of the reception. Anything and everything we asked for was never an issue it was just done. I truly only have good things to say about my experience. If you want a unique venue that will do everything for you. The hand painted silk ceiling is beautiful as is the view and sun set. For being in the NY/NJ area, I also thought the price was pretty reasonable for everything we had at the wedding. We also had a smaller wedding about 100 and with no minimum number to meet we did not have to pay for people that were not invited.

Bruce, the catering manager, is an absolute dream to work with. He's personable, professional and totally efficient. Becasue our bride and groom were in Alaska until 2 days before the wedding, he went out of his way to be helpful - I'd work with him again in a heartbeat. The groom fancys himself somewhat of a gormand and again Bruce went out of his way to accomodate his requests. The quality of the food was outstanding both in presentation and taste. A major point for us was the flexibility in the minimum number of guest we needed. Many places required a guarantee of 125 to 150. Ours was a small wedding (barely 100 guests) and Bruce and Mt Fuji were good with that - we didn't have to pay for people we knew wouldn't be there. It was a wonderful experience.

Our wedding reception was held last Saturday at The Views. All of our guests loved the place and had a blast! The food was amazing. The service was excellent. Bruce, the catering manager, was right on target with every detail. My husband and I could not be more pleased. Thank you to everyone at The Views!

The Views is a spectacular place to get married! Bruce (the coordinator) is extremely helpful, knowledgable, and flexible. I was able to plan my wedding in only 3 months with his help. The food is very good at the Views, but the cocktail hour far surpasses the main meal... the mashed potato bar is to die for!!! We also had the rehearsal dinner at Mount Fuji (upstairs) and it was just fantastic. I truly only have good things to say about my experience. If you want a unique venue that will do everything for you (and anything extra you want... we got a raw bar for example) the Views at Mount Fuji is a great place to look. I am so pleased with how everything turned out. For being in the NY/NJ area, I also thought the price was pretty reasonable for everything we got.

The service we received from Bruce and his staff was exceptional. Bruce guided us through the planning process so that we were easily able to take care of everything in a relaxed way.On the day of the event, Bruce and his staff continued to do things we didn't even imagine we needed done. They anticipated many of our needs before we realized we needed them. Guests commented on the wonderful service.Because of the quality of the service, my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our day.The food was some of the best catering food we've ever eaten. After comparing this venue to may others, the value was clearly there.We would highly recommend The Views at Mt Fuji for both ceremony and reception.

The food was very good and the staff acted very professional. All our guests complimented us and were so impressed with the taste and presentation. Every detail was very well planned and we didn't have to worry about a thing. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an excellent and professional place.

Our wedding was in July, unfortunately on one of the hottest days that month. We were going to have our cocktail hour on the patio, but thanks to Bruce's encouragement, we went ahead and had it in side. Even though it was inside, everyone still had the breath taking views, and enjoyed themselves in the air conditioning! Bruce is amazing, and was a huge help from the very beginning during planning stage. The day surpassed my expectations and Mt. Fuji made it more beautiful than I could have imagined. The wedding day should be amazing, but because of Bruce and the staff at Mt. Fuji it was magical.

I can't say enough how great Bruce and his staff were. Bruce took care of even the littlest things. He is truly amazing at what he does. The wedding was way better than we imagined. All of our guests raved about the great food & great service. We would definitely recommend The Views for any special occasion to everyone.
