HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! if i was not so laidback they would have ruined my wedding. Ordered my toasting flutes (engraved) and cake servers. A week later my credit card was charged. 3 weeks later i started getting nervous as the website said they were in stock and would be shipped in 5-7 business days. i emailed them 3 times and got no response, then called the customer service numbers without ever getting through to anyone. I opened a dispute on paypal and the company STILL never responded. Paypal refunded my money but at my wedding we used toasting flutes and cake servers provided by the venue because we had no time to order new personalized ones. maybe this website is no longer in service? BUT WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD THEY ACCEPT ORDERS AND TAKE MONEY??

I am impressed with your customer service. When the 50 candles I purchased for my cousin's bridal shower ran a few days late (due to a backorder), the Westport Favor Company called me to let me know, and then offered to ship these candles Priority Overnight-at no charge to me. I found them 100% professional!

The favors I bought for my niece's bridal shower were adorable. Since the party was planned last-minute, I called Westport Favors to arrange a super-rush delivery.
