Services were excellent, right on time and planning was a breeze. They provided peace of mind and I had no worries througout the day. They truly paid attention to detail. This is particularly special because my event took place in Manhattan. Book them.

Where do I begin? If you want your wedding day/event to go smoothly DO NOT hire Lero’s Limousine/XO Limousine!!! This company came pretty close to ruining my wedding day. I’ve never written a negative online review before, but I would not want another bride to go through what I went through. I hired this company for both their limo and shuttle bus services. We had no issues with the shuttle buses. However, the limousine was a complete disaster. The limo was supposed to arrive at our hotel in Rye to transport myself (the bride) and 9 other members of my bridal party to the church, which was located approx. 20-25 minutes away. I had padded in extra time, and thank God I did. The limo did not show up when it was supposed to. I called but I was put on hold for several minutes and guaranteed that they would be there within 15 minutes, even though they were already late. We believed them and waited. The limo still did not arrive 15 minutes later. Upon calling back I was put on hold for about 15-20 minutes. Since we had no other mode of transportation for 10 people with the wedding starting very soon, we asked the hotel to let us use their shuttle bus and after some begging and pleading they finally agreed, and thanks to them and to the amazing driver of that bus who drove as fast as he could, we somehow miraculously only arrived 5 minutes late. At the time we left the hotel, the limo was 25 minutes late and still had not arrived! When a representative finally took me off of hold, we were already halfway to the church and driving on a parkway. They had the absolute nerve to ask us to pull over on the side of the parkway so they could meet us there and bring us to the church!!! Needless to say, we told them to be there for the end of the ceremony and hung up on them. When the ceremony ended, not only was the limo located on the wrong side of the church, it took the driver well over 5 minutes to drive around the block, so now, my new husband and I are standing outside the church, waiting and stranded. When the limo finally pulls up, the driver comes out, does not apologize, and doesn’t jump to get the door for us, doesn’t congratulate us, just kind of hesitates, stands there and eventually opens the door. When we get into the limo, the radio was on, which I found inappropriate considering that we just go married, and there is Andre champagne in the limo!!! Take my word that I am not a snob, but champagne that costs $3?? Come on!!! While I wasn’t charged for the limo, the company still over charged me and I had to deal with the nonsense of getting a refund when I returned from my honeymoon. I never received much of an apology other than a quick “I’m sorry” over email in a conversation that I initiated. I would not trust this company. While it’s a good thing that I got my money back after this fiasco, no one can ever take away the high level of stress that I experienced and the tears that were shed just before I was about to walk down the aisle. While it’s understandable that uncontrollable things can happen that could prevent a driver from being on time, in this case, not only was the driver negligent in how he handled the situation, but the company was as well. They had no back-up plan or contingency for what their driver failed to do, and they failed to maintain proper communication with all parties involved. Overall, a massive failure.

What a great service. Danielle took care of everything ahead of time and as mother of the Bride I did not even have a moment to speak to the driver of our guest shuttle. However, the bridal party (Groomsmen, best man and bridesmaids) and guests all spoke very highly of our courteous and timely driver. Even the bride and groom took the opportunity to ride with their friends back to the hotel despite having a car available to them. I expected the driver to hang around to see either me or my husband for a tip, but the gratuity was included and he apparently checked both the venue and the hotel to make sure their were no waiting guests and then left. I called on the Monday as this driver definitely deserved an extra tip! This service was recommended by my hotel and the two vendors worked seamlessly together it seems.

The overall experience was very good. The drivers were all prompt and courteous, and the limos were clean and comfortable. We made several timing changes before the big day and they were all handled with no problem. The air conditioning had a bit of a struggle on our stretch (it was a warm day) but that was the only minor glitch. I would definitely recommend them.

We booked a limousine through Leros/XO to transport the bride, bridesmaids and photographer from the hotel where they dressed, to the church, and then to the reception. The correspondence with Leros was always answered very promptly, and they were very helpful and responsive. On the day of the wedding, the limousine arrived on time, and all went smoothly.Unfortunately, the limo could not be booked in two segments the way some shuttle buses could (a 6 hour period that could be divided into two 3 hour blocks), which would have allowed us to book the limousine for our return trip as well. However, after comparing many companies in the area, we found that this was very standard, and Leros' rates were very competitive.I'm not the biggest fan of limos, however, it was a practical choice. The inside of the limo was clean, and though a bit cheesy with mirrored ceilings and the like, it was standard. It would be great if some of these companies would offer a more elegant version of the limo, without these silly accessories.Overall though, a very good experience!

The transportation was something that we were most stressed about, but everything turned out to be great - the night was flawless and the drivers were very professional. I would recommend this company to any future bride.

Leros provided the shuttle for our guests from point A to point B, it was really important to us that everyone enjoy themselves and arrive to their destination safely. Leros was wonderful, they offered 6 hours of service (3 hours on the front end and 3 on the back), they were very flexible with times and how we wanted to break up the 6 hours of service. I thought the cost was exceptional considering some of the other prices I was quoted when shopping around. Also, Danielle was our contact and she was always helpful and prompt to respond to emails and questions. I would definitely recommend leros to anyone.
