Sweet Nothings offers a wide variety of catering services - from an intimate dinner for 4 with a private chef, up to a large wedding celebration with 200 guests. Chef Linda Laestadius has over 20 years of experience in some of America's most acclaimed restaurants - on both the east, as well as the west coast - and specializes in a wide variety of ethnic foods including: Scandinavian, Japanese, French, Italian, American, Mediterranean and so on. Laestadius also loves to work with local and organic ingredients.
And although Chef Laestadius has over 20 years of experience as a chef she is most known for her customized wedding cakes and handmade chocolates. Her thoughtful designs not only exude elegance and creativity but clients are able to to choose from a plethora of mouthwatering flavors.

Laestadius continuously works on exploring new flavors, ideas and designs, and should you have any special dietary needs, we will work with you to find solutions.
